Katz: will Nadezhdin be allowed to participate in the elections?
15% of defects were found in the signatures of Boris Nadezhdin, the Central Election Commission said. The final decision of the commission will be known on February 7. Whether Nadezhdin would be allowed in, what the CEC found fault with, and whether the signatures could have been rejected on purpose, was discussed with politician Maxim Katz.
