Small business of big people
This year, the oil company LUKOIL will have to conduct difficult negotiations about money with its own top managers, government officials and the heads of other oil and gas companies. Otherwise, LUKOIL will not be able to become the owner of 100% of the shares of OAO RITEK, a small but very effective oil company. RITEK operates primarily in Western Siberia, Tatarstan, and Yamal, and controls fields with total recoverable reserves of about 60 million tons of oil.
