Viewpoint: When will takeoff be permitted?
In early May, Russian legislators stepped up the development of a bill allowing private helicopter flights over the capital's waterways - commercial use of this type of transport would help relieve congestion on the capital's highways. In anticipation of legislative changes, Russian developers began designing and constructing buildings, so to speak, for the future back in the 1990s - that's when the first commercial facilities with helipads appeared in Moscow.

Budgetary well-being is a semblance
Income tax has once again become a weapon of election campaigning. At first glance, there is nothing special about it: taking more taxes from the rich is a slogan that is at least 100 years old. The Fair Russia party, which proposes making the income tax rate progressive, has already introduced a similar bill. The Communists once put forward a similar proposal.

There are many institutes in Russian science whose work is of little value
Last Saturday, pictures from the official website of the Russian Academy of Sciences spread across the Internet at incredible speed, in the English version of which there were illiterate translations of the names of institutes. The famous Institute of Protein, for example, was called the Squirrel Institute. It would be correct to translate the name as the Institute for Protein Research (in fact, this is the official name of the institute in English).
