City of the Future: Nanoscum of the Future
The key issue for both old cities and cities being created in new territories is the engineering infrastructure that ensures safety and quality of life. This includes the problem of waste disposal and removal. Unfortunately, Russian cities use the traditional method of waste management: waste removal to nearby territories and the organization of banal landfills. And this significantly affects the parameters of the city both in terms of safety and the threat to the development of new territories.

It is highly doubtful that the government will use this structure for almost 24 years. The disappointment of the conventional Medvedev camp is not really very clear. It is not even that Putin with all his behavior indicated obvious presidential ambitions. But that their calculation was based on Putin's disappearance from the political scene.
