Moscow authorities have not ruled out price increases for new "people's garages"

Russia Loses to US in Tender for Supply of Helicopters to India
Russia has lost to the United States in a tender to supply helicopters to India. The Indian side has chosen the American AH-64D Apache over the Russian Mi-28N "Night Hunter". Indian sources close to the tender for the supply of 22 combat vehicles under a contract worth $600 million told ITAR-TASS. The contract with the winner of the tender may be increased to 44 helicopters in the future. India is buying the helicopters to replace its aging Mi-35 fleet.

The prosecutor demanded real terms for the participants of the riots on Manezhnaya
In the Tverskoy Court, during the trial of the case of the riots on Manezhnaya Square, the Other Russia member Igor Berezyuk and martial arts trainer Leonid Panin admitted that they resisted the OMON fighters on December 11. Luzhkov will come to the investigator together with Reznik
Former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov will meet with the investigator who is handling the Bank of Moscow embezzlement case no earlier than the second half of November. This was reported to Kommersant by the President of the Moscow Bar Association, Genri Reznik, to whom Luzhkov turned for legal assistance. Putin: Russia to impose protective duties on grain exports over 24-25 million tons
