The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia has allowed Mospromstroy to acquire a 100% stake in Metalloinvest-Development, according to FAS materials. The Mospromstroy company is a major capital city developer. It was founded in 1990 on the basis of the Main Directorate for Industrial Construction of Moscow - Glavmospromstroy, created back in 1972. In 2006, the BIN group gained control over the company.
