Putin signs decree to reduce FSIN staff by 15%
President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree reducing the staff of the penal system from 265,310 to 225,276 people. The reductions will affect employees who receive money from the federal budget. The decree was published on the FSIN website. The staff of the central office of the FSIN has been approved at 735 people, including 42 federal state civil servants. Lukoil's dividends for 2012 will grow by 20%
The Lukoil Board of Directors recommended approving dividends for the second half of 2012 at the annual shareholders' meeting in the amount of 50 rubles per share. Taking into account payments for the first half of the year, dividends for the whole of 2012 could amount to 90 rubles per share, or $2.5 billion (23% of net profit under IFRS). This is 20% more than the company paid out in 2011. The shareholders' meeting will be held on June 27.
