The euro fell below 47 rubles after ECB decisions

Novak: Half of Crimea's energy capacity will be built outside the peninsula
Russia may build generating capacities of 600 MW to supply Crimea with energy outside the peninsula, Energy Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with the Russia 24 TV channel. "The total amount of generation that needs to be built is 1,370 MW, of which 770 MW will be built in Crimea - in particular, such sites as Simferopol and Sevastopol are being considered, and possibly Dzhankoy.
