The Investigative Committee of Russia has identified the person involved in the shelling of Donbass from the Tochka-U
The Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR) has managed to establish the identity of the commander of the Ukrainian unit who gave the order to use Tochka-U in the village of Rovenki in Donbass on August 22, 2014. This was reported on the ICR website. According to the investigation, it was Colonel Fedor Yaroshevich, commander of the 19th separate missile brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result of the strike, three people were killed, including a child born in 2008, the ICR recalls.

The government allocated 1.6 billion rubles to RUSADA for three years
The Federal Budget Law provides for direct funding of RUSADA for anti-doping support of national sports teams. The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) upheld the complaint of six applicants - Elvira Polyakova, Natalia Kibalo, Ivan Eliashvili, Vladimir Povilov and others - against Russia, ordering them to pay 27,672 euros. The court found that Russia had violated Article 8 (right to private and family life) and Article 6 (right to a fair trial) of the European Convention on Human Rights.
