"Expert RA" may change the rating of VSK due to the reorganization of B&N Bank

The hull of the first serial universal nuclear icebreaker LK-60Ya "Sibir" of Project 22220 was ceremoniously launched at the Baltic Shipyard in St. Petersburg.
