Russian President Vladimir Putin was informed about an explosion at a college in Kerch. The head of state instructed the FSB and investigative authorities to establish the causes of the incident. The possibility of a terrorist attack cannot be ruled out. The Investigative Committee clarified the number of deaths in the terrorist attack in Kerch
As a result of the terrorist attack at the Kerch Polytechnic College, 13 people were killed and about 50 were injured, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR) reported. Most of the victims are teenagers. Previously, the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) reported ten deaths. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of terrorism in connection with the explosion (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The government overestimated the growth of budget revenues in 2019, experts say
