Study without scaffolding
Grozny, once one of the most beautiful cities in the North Caucasus, lies in ruins. Some historical buildings, someday, when the state has money, may be restored in all their splendor. But the presidential palace, the oil institute and other memorial buildings, on the site of which there are vacant lots overgrown with young growth, will have to be built anew. However, all these objects were not included in the federal program for the restoration of Chechnya.
