Allegedly killed terrorist
None of the Russian special services yesterday was able to confirm the rumors that had appeared about the death of one of the most odious Chechen field commanders, Rappani Khalilov, who is accused of organizing a terrorist attack in the Dagestan city of Kaspiysk on May 9, 2002. As a result of that explosion, which occurred during a holiday parade, 45 people were killed, including 17 children, and about 100 were injured.
