Bee Line GSM received its first profit in the regions
VimpelCom-Region, a subsidiary of VimpelCom engaged in the development of the Bee Line GSM network, earned the first 40 thousand dollars of net profit in the first quarter of this year. Analysts expected that business in the operator's regions would become profitable a little later, so this, to a certain extent, could compensate for the negative effect of the downward trend in the operator's revenue per subscriber (ARPU).
