Gazprom was allowed to issue ruble bonds
On the second attempt, the Gazprom Board of Directors decided to place bonds on the Russian market with an issue volume of 10 billion rubles. Bonds are documentary, bearer, with mandatory centralized storage. The bonds' circulation period is three years, coupon income is paid every six months. The coupon rate will be 4% of the nominal value of the bonds. The minimum placement price is 94.69% of the face value, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of 10.5% per annum.
