Are Saddam's sons killed?
Yesterday evening sensational reports arrived from Iraq. American CNN announced that two sons of Saddam Hussein, who disappeared after the April fall of Baghdad, 37-year-old Qusay and 39-year-old Uday, could have been killed in the north. American officials were bursting with delight, but they were clearly afraid of jinxing it. “Almost certainly, well, almost certainly among those killed are Saddam’s sons,” one of the American officials in Iraq repeated like a mantra.
