The Danube flows into the European Union
The Danube Cooperation Process (DCP), created two years ago at the initiative of Austria and Romania, has proven to be a viable structure. This conclusion was reached by the participants of the second ministerial conference of the PDS, held yesterday in Bucharest. It was attended by representatives of 13 member countries, the European Union, the Stability Pact for South-East Europe and three observers - Russia, France and the USA.
