Bona fide subject
Dmitry Kozak and stabilization in the North Caucasus The three-year diplomatic mission of Dmitry Kozak in the Southern Federal District has a chance to make history of the Russian presence in the Caucasus. During this period, another “point of unstable equilibrium” was passed, when, under an unfavorable combination of circumstances, Russia quite realistically risked losing its mountain provinces or, at least, hopelessly missing out on processes that would ultimately lead to territorial losses.

“Birth trauma” of ostracism
The “Philosophical Steamer” was only the first sign in the history of expulsions from Soviet Russia. Years will pass, and Brodsky and Galich, Rostropovich and Solzhenitsyn will be forced to leave it. It must be said that the Soviet government was unoriginal in using ostracism as a way to combat dissent. She has the ancient Greeks to thank. It was in Athens that ostracism (that is, exile) was first legislated. Researchers note that ostracism arose to prevent the possible return of tyranny.

CLUBS Shibusashirazu (Japan). The name of the orchestra is translated into Russian as “Light up!”, which is quite consistent with the temperament of the group. Shibusashirazu are the closest associates of Sergei Kuryokhin and Sun Ra Arkestra. Ikra , 20.00.
