Yesterday, one of the three leaders of Right Cause, Boris Titov, proposed that all co-chairs of the party resign and assemble a federal political council, which in turn would convene a congress so that the party could change the leadership structure. He considers the triumvirate to be an ineffective system of government. Indeed, on the eve of the Moscow City Duma elections, the leaders did not see eye to eye, which cost them their participation in the election campaign.
