Registrations along the Rhine
Europeans will have to adjust the length of the famous river in reference books An inquisitive German scientist found an error in the measurements of the Rhine. Biologist Bruno Kremer from the University of Cologne calculated that the length of this European river is not 1320 km, as was believed for many years, but just over 1230 km, ITAR-TASS reports. The extra kilometers in the parameters of the Rhine, as the scientist suggests, appeared due to a banal typo.
