A website for the registry of electronic subpoenas has launched in Russia. Information about summonses to the military registration and enlistment office will be reflected there. The summons will be deemed to have been served seven days from the date it is posted on the register. After the summons is delivered to the conscript, exit from Russia will be automatically blocked and restrictive measures will be applied.
