Russians do not have to live in border areas to feel the consequences of the war in Ukraine. And we are not talking about shelling of Russian villages and cities, not about the death of thousands of compatriots, sanctions or economic problems. Increasingly, one can become an indirect victim of a war unleashed by the authorities even on public transport.
