People will be fined for sabotaging decisions of local anti-terrorism commissions
The Moscow region plans to introduce administrative liability for neglecting the requirements of the anti-terrorism commissions (ATC) of urban districts. Fines will range from 1 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. The Moscow Regional Duma intends to consider such a bill, introduced by the governor, at a meeting on December 16. Today, municipal commissions, operating since 2018, do not have leverage over officials and businesses, who sometimes perceive decisions related to security as advisory.
