In Russia, on September 18, the website for the registry of electronic subpoenas went live. So far it works only in the Ryazan region, Sakhalin region, and the Republic of Mari El. After the summons appears on this website, the conscript will be prohibited from leaving the country, and if he fails to appear at the military registration and enlistment office within a few days, he will be deprived of the right to drive transport, receive loans, and register individual entrepreneur status. All this is done by the beginning of the autumn conscription, which starts on October 1.
