Why did the Sarmat rocket explode during a launch attempt?

The newest intercontinental ballistic missile "Sarmat" exploded at the test site in Plesetsk, destroying the launch silo. This is at least the fourth unsuccessful launch of Sarmat. It looks like Putin's "super weapon" just isn't working.
