Façade

All cabling and equipments on the Façade would be removed, and replaced newly in the other location. Restore the façade as close as the original state with the simple way of cleaning up the existing facade.

Restore stucco, decoration, roofing, and painting as in original state, and doors and windows will be restored based on the historical drawings archived in the museum.

The line trees that existed in front of the east façade will be replanted and create a continuation with surrounding park. Keeping in mind that there might be the public utilities beneath the sidewalk, prior underground investigation has to be executed in order to avoid the interferences with the public utilities along the sidewalk.
