Courtesy photo On February 5, the Helsinki Administrative Court rejected an appeal by a Russian opposition activist Roman Golikov, 32, against the denial of his asylum claim. The initial refusal was issued by the Finnish Immigration Service in April 2025. Golikov, who shared the court’s decision with Mediazona, now faces imminent deportation.
