Дудю вменяется административная статья о пропаганде наркотических средств с помощью интернета (часть 1.1 статьи 6.13 КоАП РФ). Максимальное наказание по ней — 1,5 миллиона рублей штрафа. Дата заседания суда пока не назначена.

Catering magnate Evgeny Prigozhin has filed a lawsuit against Ekho Moskvy and its editor-in-chief Alexey Venediktov, as well as the chief editor of the radio station’s website, Vitaly Ruvinsky. According to the press service for Prigozhin’s Concord Group, the lawsuit insists that “the information about Evgeny Viktorovich [Prigozhin] being the ‘owner of the Wagner PMC ’ be recognized as untrue” and demands that Ekho Moskvy take down this information and issue a retraction.

The Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) branch in Russia’s Khabarovsk territory has signed an agreement with the company Bamstroymekhanizatsiya “on bringing in convicts for forced labor” on the construction of the second line of the Baikal–Amur Mainline (BAM), reports RIA Novosti. The agreement was signed by the regional FSIN head Yuri Dorokhin and Bamstroymekhanizatsiya general director Alexander Chernoyarov.
