ICC issues arrest warrants for two Russian military commanders for alleged war crimes in Ukraine
The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Sergey Kobylash, commander of Russia’s Long-Range Aviation, and Viktor Sokolov, commander of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, according to a court order published on Tuesday. The court order alleges that Kobylash and Sokolov are responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Ukraine, including the launching of attacks on civilians and civilian targets.
