Семен Кочкин привлечен к ответственности по ст. 20.3 КоАП. 15 октября 2021 года Московский районный суд Чебоксар дважды оштрафовал экс-главу городского штаба Навального Семена Кочкина по ч. 1 ст. 20.3 КоАП (публичное демонстрирование символики экстремистской организации) на полторы тысячи рублей. 6 октября в отношении активиста было составлено два протокола в связи с его постами.

Юношу признали виновным в угрозе убийством и хулиганстве по мотиву политической ненависти. 15 октября 2021 года Новомосковский городской суд Тульской области признал 18-летнего местного жителя виновным по ч. 2 ст. 213 УК (хулиганство, совершенное с применением насилия по мотиву идеологической ненависти и вражды) и ч 2. ст. 119 УК (угроза убийством, совершенная по мотиву идеологической ненависти). По данным СМИ, суд приговорил юношу к штрафу.

The following is our monthly review of instances of xenophobia and radical nationalism, along with any government countermeasures, for September 2021. In September 2021, according to data reviewed by SOVA Center, seven individuals in Moscow and the Belgorod and Kaluga Regions suffered as a result of ideologically motivated violence. This includes one person, a native of Tajikistan, who was killed in Stary Oskol.
