10 years ago, protests began, the only practical result of which was a powerful political reaction, intensifying every year. Did it begin due to protests or was it inevitable, and the protests against the results of the Duma elections began for the authorities only the reason to finally drop the mask? And most importantly - are events of a ten -year ago so important for the present and future of Russia, as it still seems to many of their participants?

But not in the sense of the investigation of the attempt itself-here the position of the authorities has not changed at all and is still reduced to the denial of the very fact of the attempt on the life of the opposition with the help of chemical weapons. And not surprising, of course.

It is obvious to anyone observing the rhetoric of the Russian authorities that the confrontation with external and internal ideological enemies and the annoying Ukraine bother it much more than the epidemic in Russia. Against the background of the growth of incidence and mortality, the epidemic is still used as an occasion for ideological invective against enemies of the regime, and not perceived as a real problem, the consequences of which will affect many years.
