Deputy Vasiliev, after slurred brain work, was offended that Shenderovich compared the atmosphere of the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin and the present in Sochi. From this he concluded that Shenderovich is a fascist and should apologize to everyone. In what unknown ways is the General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vasiliev come to such conclusions, let psychoanalysts understand, but if you accept the rules of his game, then Vasiliev himself should either apologize to Shenderovich, or to stand in a corner as a punishment. Do they have to do with it? Or does he mean veterans of the construction of an Olympic village in Sochi?

In 1933, on the day when Adolf Hitler was appointed by the Reich Chancellor, the leadership of the Central Society of German citizens of the Jewish faith, leading the Jewish organization of the country, made a statement, the meaning of which was in one phrase: “In general, one slogan is in force: to maintain calm!”. In more detail, the position of the leadership of society was set out in the article by the Chairman of the Board of Ludwig Hollander), which directly said: “And at that time, German Jews will not lose calm, which gives them consciousness of inextricable connection with all truly German. And no external attacks that are perceived as unfair will affect their inner attitude towards Germany. ”
Despite the already quite obvious anti-Semitic nature of the Nazi authorities, some Jewish organizations, such as the Union of National-German Jews, led by Max Nauman, and the Imperial Union of Jewish front-line soldiers, headed by Leo Lyunstein, made an attempt to join a new order. Lyvenstein even prepared a special statement addressed to Hitler, to which he attached his proposals for the Jews of Germany, compiled in the National Socialist Spirit, as well as a copy of the memorable book with the names of twelve thousand German soldiers that fell on the fronts of the First World War.
All these attempts to exchange loyalty for safety did not lead to anything good and ended tragically for German Jews. And the pathos and the stylistic of the appeals of some Jewish leaders in Germany are very reminiscent of the current statements of Mr. Briskin and Mr. Beard. Maybe you should not indicate your loyalty with such a haste?
Presumably, the campaign against Shenderovich and the Echo of Moscow will not be limited to this. And certainly, the campaign against freedom of speech in Russia will not stop at this. The goal of the hysterical and resentment arranged in the Okhotny series is to displace a free word and public discussions from public space in the kitchen, as it was under the Communists and Nazis. And only until then, until in every kitchen they put on a “bug”. Then other bodies of our touchy State Duma will take up the matter.
