-You would have shaved a beard! - the wife said sternly, turning off the TV and leaning towards the spinning ground. - Yes, and I would send him a baldness. Inda just like a bow ...
In the cradle, a child was crying.
The look, of course, is feminine, but true. “The ruler is a weak and crafty, bald dandy, an enemy of labor, accidentally warmed by glory, rule over us then ...” God, that only Russia did not pass for a thousand years of study in a historical school. Really in vain?
In Belarus, everything was expected. Lukashenko has more than 70 percent, observers from the CIS and OSCE are very satisfied. The head of the CIS mission, Mr. Lebedev, reported on the feeling of deep satisfaction of the OSCE, as it was adopted by us. Unfortunately, the fifth column later reported that the satisfaction of the heads of the Mission of the Bureau of Democratic Institutes and Human Rights of the OSCE Arena and the delegation of the parliamentary assembly by T. Lloyd was not as deep as Mr. Lebedev. You might even say there was no satisfaction at all. Which serves as an obvious manifestation of a policy of double standards and hypocrisy inherent in bourgeois parliamentarism. Everyone has already said for them in a good way, and they climb. Ashamed, gentlemen!
Here is P.P. Borodin convincingly explained that street riots in Minsk were inspired by the United States. And then who? Of the nine opposition candidates, seven, including recently caressed in Russia. Clear business, without America, could not.
Yes, sir, it becomes not easy to live and work. Just like in the Brezhnev USSR. People with honest eyes from the rostrum about the law of the steady satisfaction of the material and spiritual needs of the Soviet man, about the higher productivity of socialist labor and the advantages of developed socialism-and you are ashamed to say ... that is, you just fall into the paws of priests of double standards.
The acute sensation deja vu. Arrived.
The collective Putin, as in the old days, collective Brezhnev or Andropov, does not even consider it necessary to hide that he holds fellow citizens for idiots who swallow everything that will be dumped from the information hill. Native Affairs: Yesterday Hitler is an enemy; today Hitler is friend; Tomorrow, again, the enemy, treacherously encroaching on our sacred land. Moreover, at each particular moment, his assessment by the Lenin Politburo was and remains the only correct. Everything changes, only the wisdom with which TT is unchanged. Stalin, Putin and Lukashenko manage the ward population.
The approach is remarkable for its effectiveness, but on one condition. Maximum information isolation is needed so that even the shadow of an alternative explanation does not flash on the uncomplicated sky of public consciousness. It follows that further advancement along the path of victories and achievements in our country, as well as in Belarus, will inevitably be accompanied by the zealing of the media and attacks on the Internet. Otherwise, neither victories nor achievements are obtained. Therefore, the national leader was so sincerely inspired by the beard of the liberal public: they, scum, offer an alternative explanation. And every year, as the sad experience of the masses accumulates, it sounds more convincing. So stop playing tolerance, it's time to seriously plug your mouths.
Lukashenko showed an example. Putin and Kadyrov will inevitably follow him: there is nowhere to retreat, behind Krasnokamensk. Will they succeed - that’s the question. But in any case, the objective historical necessity (so it seems that in Brezhnev times was the skin of the party-and-glass nomenclature was called the skin interest?) Forces both of our modernized powers to turn to the forest in front, and to all normal humanity backwards. Which, of course, does not exclude (rather, suggests!) Further exacerbation of the conflict between them. As in one time between the USSR and China.

Belarusian elections more precisely highlight the position of the West. It seems to me that here for other carriers of the beard comes the moment of cognitive dissonance. That is, the West remains itself - to the best of the pragmatic, moderately cynical, accurately understanding their interests and able to put them at the forefront. What - ah! -A little contradicts the image of European and American democracy, which the Soviet intellectual has banged in itself since the 70s. Based on the despicable empiricism, the Western support of democratic trends in the then USSR was very rational: the democratic state, willy-nilly, preoccupied primarily by the welfare of citizens, cannot spend frantic money on war and, therefore, poses a lesser threat to other mankind. It was free of Soviet liberals to see this position through their ideological optics and interpret the interests of the West as disinterested service to the ideals of freedom. Oh yes, freedom is very good and wonderful, but their safety, stability and economy are always the first number. What is unusual or unnatural, except for our own resentment?
Disappointment and even indignation against America and Europe, which, de, crossed, changed democratic ideals, etc., etc. - The problem is rather a crisis of Russian democratic mentality than a consequence of changes in the position of a generalized West. (If we assume that such a generalized West really exists, and was not invented as a virtual antiplay of the Soviet East.)
What, in fact, the joy of European governments should take care of Belarusian democracy more than the Belarusians themselves? Or Russians. Lukashenko is a little person, but it is difficult to argue that he is: a) controls the situation on his territory; b) does not pose a direct threat to a single European country; c) demonstrates a desire to develop mutually beneficial relations with Europe, transparently hinting that he is ready to joint actions to limit the monopoly energy expansion of Russia. Only throw the money - and everything will be in the best possible way. How should pragmatic European governments behave in such a situation?
Something the way they behave.
As with Kim Jong Ir, with China, Josip Broz Tito or with the same Brezhnev. Oh yes, and with Hitler during the Munich conspiracy too. But, firstly, Lukashenko is not Hitler and does not climb into their garden. Secondly, Hitler is the only large misfire in such a pragmatic policy over many decades. Otherwise, the calculation for the slow, peaceful decomposition of authoritarian regimes from the inside as the elites insist and the society justifies itself.
To maintain democracy, to expand information exchange, to help people compare and draw conclusions is please. But to get into the internal Byzantine showdowns, at least before the Al Kada cells, preparing terrorist attacks in Europe, appear in Belarus, or there will be an attack of direct genocide - fire. Above the West on our part today is not a drop. His crisis worries are full of mouth. So the Lukashenkovo elections and the arbitrariness associated with them, of course, will be condemned by the liberal spectrum of the European community, but it is unlikely that it will reach any real measures of influence. The neighbors are not chosen: they interact with them. There is nowhere to hurry to Europe and America, they play long. In contrast to us and Belarusians, in which countries are rotten quite quickly. But these are our problems, right?
Lukashenko and Putin are perfectly understood. Europe will accept the Minsk elections. And ours, with all their upcoming charms, too. Maybe he will not express delight, but he will not do anything too sharp. Our leaders will fit the West and black - no secret on either side of the border. So we have to solve the well -known Russian task about washing the black male.
I do not experience big optimism on this occasion. The Lukashenkovsky version of sovereign democracy once again showed that its founding fathers come out of power only with their feet forward. While the territory at least somehow gets away, they will milk it. Lucky, as in the case of the USSR. And only when in the sovereign pocket there remains a louse on the lasso, will think about some other restructuring.
The democratic country differs from the totalitarian that in it the changes begin before the power rested the horn against the wall of rude, material, that is, resource, financial, environmental or demographic disaster. Freedom of speech, political competition and just common sense allow a democratic country to slow down and change the course even before the head (again!?) Crossed the wall.
It seems that this does not apply to Belarus and Russia. Change the power groups before they bring the country to the cliff will hardly succeed.
The only thing that leaves hope is the informational transparency that has grown since Soviet times. The dead end will be aware of earlier than then. Unless, of course, they do not blindfold us and do not shut up your ears. They really want to do it. They are called this, as I remember now, "ensuring social stability and steady progressive movement." It is in providing this kind of thing, as the history of the USSR and Sunday events in Minsk shows that they are best versed in.
The process always begins with people who are able to work in the information area. That is, as a rule, with a beard. Philosophical steamer, executions of priests, then. Because they are afraid.
So, everything is not so bad. Contrary to the advice of my wife, I will not shave off. They are not worth it. Let them walk what are: crafty and bald.
And we will be like these, with Fidel Castro. Type Barbudos.
