“What will the migrant do 90 days if he has not found a job? He will engage in theft or robbery, ”said Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, speaking on December 15 at a meeting of the city government. Luzhkov knows what he says.

The logic here is clear, it is applicable to various situations. What, for example, will do a former Soviet official, becoming the mayor of some very large city? He will build a corruption system and will help his wife conduct a construction business. What will this mayor do (some very large city) when it is removed from office? He will run into the run or sit in prison.

Iron logic. If the mayor is either a successful corrupt official, or already in prison. And if a migrant, then either works or steals. Yuri Mikhailovich Luzhkov knows life like no other. In all her subtleties, with all her charms and dirty tricks. Therefore, he is so firm and sure that the unemployed migrant cannot be honest. Either it plows like a slave (though not on galleys!), Or - a thief and a robber.

Such dense attacks on migrants are a kind of demonstration of a special path of Russia according to Luzhkov. The fact is that on December 18 (three days after the mayor’s performance), the International Migrant Day is celebrated around the world. About four dozen countries joined the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and their families. On December 18, all over the world, they will try to focus on the problems of migrants again, to recall and remind others of the need to protect their human rights. In our country, the mayor Luzhkov offers him to reduce his free stay from 90 days to one month. Because if they do not work, then they steal and rob. Such a kind of gift for the International Migrant Day.

By the way, how can you not recall the history of these 90 days! The permission to live so much without registration was donated to all Ukrainians on those hot days when the Prochrevsky candidate for president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych fought for the votes of voters, promising them good relations with Russia. Alas, no matter how good the Russian gift was, no matter how wonderful the annoying (for BIS executed) Putin’s congratulations Yanukovych on a well -deserved victory in the presidential election, Yanukovych lost the election, which was testified by the esranzhevaya revolution. Viktor Yushchenko, the President of Ukraine, became the president of Ukraine, and for 90 days they remained - not to recall them back! Moreover, they soon noticed that such preferences for Ukrainians look not entirely clear from the point of view of the law, and the norm was extended to all labor migrants from the CIS. Who then knew that if they remain in Russia without work, they would certainly steal and rob? Who then could have guessed that these were migrants the main enemies of the Russian Criminal Code?

By the way, about criminals. Strictly speaking, Luzhkov’s passage about migrants carefully fits into the framework of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, since the mayor explicitly arouses enmity among Muscovites to such a social group as migrants. In addition, Luzhkov humiliates the human dignity of migrants, claiming that any criminal criminal that does not work from them. It would be interesting to know what the Prosecutor General’s Office thinks about this?
