And the “grinding” of Basayev is a circumstance that does not define this process. It is just part of the process.

Известно, что звали куда больше, но некоторым родители просто не дали денег на маршрутку. Кого все-таки ждали? Упорные слухи состоят в том, что кадыровцы ждали Раппани Халилова, известного главаря банды, а привели почему-то детей. Вербовщики подвели кадыровцев — готовилась показательная операция по уничтожению банды? А когда поняли, что расстреляли детей, а не боевиков, решили все замять? <...>
Вся эта история так и продолжает выглядеть очень противоречивой. Однако на все вопросы есть только ответы-сплетни… И потому хотелось бы внятного ответа следствия: что произошло в ночь с 12-го на 13-е в Дагестане?

Криворотова сняли с конвейера
Отстранен от работы «лучший следователь прокуратуры»
Непотопляемый авианосец нашей Генпрокуратуры, признанный лучшим следователем по особо важным «террористическим» делам последнего десятилетия, — знаменитый Константин Криворотов, главный «кадр» бывшего генпрокурора Устинова по Северо-Кавказскому региону, а также большой товарищ бывшего замгенпрокурора Шепеля и руководитель следственных бригад по так называемому «Основному делу по Беслану» и «Делу о нападении на Ингушетию 21—22 июня 2004 г.», — отстранен таки от работы. Источник в Генпрокуратуре сообщил, что в отношении Константина Криворотова начато служебное расследование по фактам фальсификации ряда уголовных дел, имевших «общественный резонанс».
Будем бить в победные барабаны? No. Хотя «Новая газета» и писала неоднократно об этих фальсификациях, требуя от Генпрокуратуры прекратить деятельность Криворотова и его группы, стоившую жизни людям, замученным на следствии. No. Во-первых, потому, что этих людей не вернешь, даже если служебное расследование зайдет предельно глубоко и то ли сам Криворотов, то ли члены его бригады окажутся привлечены к уголовной ответственности. Например, за гибель 37-летнего Адама Горчханова, в конце мая 2005 года похищенного из дома, не выдержавшего пыток и выбросившегося во время допроса прямо из окна четвертого этажа здания прокуратуры во Владикавказе. За смерть, муки и унижения многих-многих других.
Во-вторых, лично я не верю в вероятность такого уголовного дела — против Криворотова. Он шпунтик системы государственного самосуда, укрепившегося на Северном Кавказе под маркой «антитеррористической борьбы». Да, он очень важный винтик, но не более того. Ведь почему он сейчас в опале? Пала его «крыша» в ведомстве — Устинов и Шепель. <...>

Человек до двухсот все же пришли на Лубянку — с цветами, плакатами, портретами погибших детей. А их встретили кордоны. Соловецкий камень, памятник жертвам политических репрессий, — в оцеплении юных милиционеров (из школы милиции), и это было первое кольцо сил правопорядка. За спинами курсантов, защищая ближние подступы к Соловецкому камню, стояли «люди в штатском» в явно несоразмерном событию количестве. Чего так бояться? И вообще очень странно смотрится, когда «штатские» уж так активно, с явным перебором пытаются защитить собой Соловецкий камень… от правозащитников… Полнейшая политическая эклектика — это как если бы «правозащитники окружили памятник Дзержинскому и стали бы его охранять от сотрудников ФСБ». <...>
В 13.05 — именно в 13.05, в минуты начала тупого штурма школы два года назад, «штатские», не задумываясь о позорных для себя параллелях, отдают ОМОНу приказ штурмовать «неправильно» скорбящих. <...>
ОМОН (это бросается в глаза) на сей раз как-то особенно жесток, совсем не церемонится: плакаты рвут, топчут каблуками армейских ботинок прямо по самодельным «Помним, молимся, скорбим…». Толпа скандирует: «По-зор! Disgrace!". <...>

Кадыровцев будут бить
Пока только в Ингушетии
7 сентября на КПП «Азов-52» (граница Чечни и Ингушетии, окраина селения Алхасты) случилась массовая драка. «Камуфляжи», ехавшие с чеченской стороны и представившиеся охраной премьера Рамзана Кадырова, не стерпели «наглости» охранников поста (бойцов оперативного полка по охране административной границы при МВД РИ), потребовавших показать им документы, боевые распоряжения и прочие бумаги, необходимые для проезда с оружием, и стали сильно махать руками и стрелять в воздух. Результат: трое раненых милиционеров МВД РИ (двое госпитализированы), а кадыровцы укатили за границу восвояси. Ингушские милиционеры (ППС МВД РИ — патрульно-постовая служба) объявили розыск кадыровцев на своей территории, пообещав в отместку бить каждого из этих граждан, кого они найдут в Ингушетии. <...>
Надо сказать, пару лет все это варилось почти только в Чечне, затрагивая временами лишь Дагестан — в основном приграничный с Чечней Хасавюртовский район. Но наступил момент — и «кадыровский» синдром выполз за пределы своей территории. Сегодня много чеченцев (живущих и за пределами Чечни, и даже за пределами России) все более инфицируются этим вирусом.
Но окружающие ведь тоже развивались, и далеко не все верили телесказкам, что Р. Кадыров — Герой России. Сильно надоели носители «кадыровского» синдрома — очень-очень сильно. Возникла ответная реакция, называется: «Бить будем…». Не все же способны унижаться, как многие чеченцы, перед «кадыровцами». Вот и получилась Кондопога. А потом и Алхасты.

13 сентября в знаменитом теперь чечено-ингушском милицейском бою, случившемся на КПП у границы Чечни и Ингушетии, был смертельно ранен в голову и вскоре скончался заместитель командира ОМОНа ЧР Бувади Дахиев. Совершенно не касаясь причин случившегося боя — они понятны, растиражированы и оценены, — хочу рассказать о Бувади то, что нельзя было описывать при его жизни. И это будет не просто дань памяти человеку, который во время войны не раз помогал работать, причем в такие моменты, когда ценой отказа в помощи вполне мог быть летальный исход.
Бувади — личность особая, он был весь соткан из противоречий и состоял из двух половинок. Если и возникали какие-то ассоциации, так это с надгробием Хрущева на Новодевичьем кладбище в Москве. Половина — черным-черно. Половина — белым-бело...
