The holder of five criminal records, who ran for the Pskov-based A Just Russia, filed an application to refuse to participate in the elections. The case of Alexander Yakushev, published by PG, received a federal response, after which he asked to be removed from the elections. The regional election commission granted his application. He was convicted of drugs, hooliganism, home invasion and more.
