We meet with Ivan Nikolayevich at working events during the week, and we do not have and never had a lack of communication with the head of the city. I live here and I understand all the topics that are relevant to Pskov - these are lawsuits, this is the elevator program, the bridge program, the general system and the state of our intergovernmental relations. The region has always provided direct financial support. We always supplement the budget, the deputies of the Assembly have always met us halfway, because the city needs it. In the course of the financial year, the city administration always has some requests, questions that are always satisfied during the financial year, and additional funds are allocated. In four years, I have never refused a single request from the city, and it is easy for me to look the townspeople in the eye.”
