Kenyan Embassy Protest Note
In the spring of 2004, after an attack on a Kenyan citizen in Krasnodar, the Kenyan embassy sent a note of protest to the Foreign Ministry. In it, the Kenyans expressed dissatisfaction with what is happening. Retaliatory measures were demanded from the authorities.
