Russian and Ukrainian intelligence services accuse each other's intelligence agencies of overseeing the teenager's activities.

Ilya Kirichenko was convicted under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code for murder, as well as, together with his girlfriend Alana Korsakova, under Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code for a photo on a military memorial.
