The new edition of the accusation of Galyamina is charged with the organization on July 15 of the collection of signatures against amendments to the Constitution. The investigation believes that this was done with the aim of conspiracy - to hide the rally held on the same day.

As the lawyer Galyamina Mikhail Biryukovtold the OVD-Info, the text of the prosecution is not very different from the one that Galyamina was brought on July 31 during the interrogation. It, in particular, included the materials of interrogations that the investigation carried out in August, including the interrogation of the press secretary Galyamina Nikolai Kasyan.

The indictment in the case of Galyamina signed by the investigator E.V. Galyamina is charged with three acts: this is an organization and participation in political actions, two of them relate to the time by July last year, but court decisions on them entered into force in February 2020. The third episode was the organization of the action against amendments to the Constitution on July 15 - the investigation believes that Galyamina published slogans in social networks calling to participate in a rally in the center of Moscow.

Galyamina was charged on July 31 after a four -hour interrogation. In the country and in the apartment of the deputy, searches were held. During them, phones of Galyamina and her husband, discs, flash drives were seized.

The Galyamina case is the eighth in Russia under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violation of the procedure for holding public actions). She faces up to 5 years in the colony. If Galyamin is condemned, she will not be able to participate in the elections
