Meetings of the governor with journalists without ties combine elements of a particularly important conversation and political show
At the perception of this action, as a show, by the way, it’s by no means me, but colleagues from other publications, who, after a meeting without ties in their publications, admitted that without this event their life in Pskov would be boring and monotonous. It seems just that day when the governor becomes with journalists, albeit for two hours, but in fact by one step, allows many to raise their self -esteem. As a result, the event really turns into a show, but not always its initiator - Andrei Turchak.

Apparently, the benefits of conducting the Public Council for Culture under the governor, which Andrei Turchak, promised to hold it in November. “On the eve, we met with Anatoly Kirpichnikov and discussed the topics of the future council. There will be something to talk about: about the embankment of the Great River, for example, ”the governor reassured the cultural public.
The show, by the way, began before the meeting without ties. Obviously, Andrei Turchak, who took part in the opening of the Pskov State University in the morning, was released a little earlier than the intended time - 16.00. The press service preoccupied with this extraordinary event at 15.30 began to call journalists with either a request or a requirement to come to an appointed place as early as possible. “Actually, you already have to be in place,” a female voice said doomedly in the tube of my phone.
I had to urgently jump on a taxi from the bus.
At 15.50, at the door of the natural and geographical faculty, Showman was tried to show the head of the public relations department and spokesman for Governor Oksana Shiran.
“Denis, I will be the first official who will not let you into the event!”, Oksana Valerievna promised menacingly at her watch.
???
To refer to the fact that I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the set time, it was pointless: the governor, over there. Apparently, this means that for his retinue, the clock broke 16.00. Even if it were midnight.
“Okay, go into the hall and sit somewhere far away, higher,” said the formidable Ms. Shiran.
Needless to say, people paced in the hall at that time, there were full places of free places, and the meeting itself began only after 15 minutes.
But for the next show Oksana Valerievna should be said special thanks.
Andrei Turchak, who entered the audience, began a conversation with reporters cheerfully and boldly. It should be noted that it is extremely difficult after two and a half years of his governorship: during this time, Andrei Anatolyevich became a good rhetoric. From the channel of the conversation, Mr. Governor got out of only once, but even an unplanned emotion was gratefully miserable to the quotes.
Of course, they affect the conversations and “home blanks”, but Mr. Turchak quickly dissolved from them and suggested asking questions to an impromptu. In order to finally be “on horseback”, Andrei Anatolyevich transferred the right to the first question to Yuri Moiseenko. The day before he wrote on the blog on the “Pskov news feed” that, they say, the Governor's press service from journalists requires questions, to know, the answers will be prepared.
From such a turn of events, Mr. Moiseenko was slightly dumbfounded and by gratitude for the help of a disabled girl.
The timidity of questions covered other journalists, including famous editors. The head of one edition completely issued a real ode to the governor, forgetting really about the question.
The editor -in -chief of Pskov Pravda, Alexander Mashkarin, asked the governor what social movements and social activists are known to him. Andrei Anatolyevich answered the question enough for Kuts (as if not a blank at all!), He called the events very little, but closer to the end of the statement made it clear why the question: “Your publication is also engaged in social activities, I am tracking it,” the governor turned to Mr. Mashkarin.
A trifle, but nice.
They will go to you, but you don't write
As it turned out, Andrei Anatolyevich was not less aware of the activities of the Pskov province: apparently, Mr. Governor reads the newspaper from crusting to the crust, knowing even the planned date of signing the number in the seal.
True, at first, Mr. Tourchak gave high appreciation to the newspaper articles themselves.
The meeting was at the audience of the university, journalists in front of the governor sat like students in front of the teacher. When you ask a question, it pulls to get up.
“Sit down, sit down!”, Andrei Anatolyevich asked me.
“Yes, it’s somehow inconvenient ...” I was almost embarrassed.
“Nothing ... after what you write, you can sit!”, The governor reassured.
“Can I or will I?”,-sitting on a bench, still decided to clarify my prospects.
“Consider already!”, Andrei Turchak, who had just put the journalist just personally rejoiced. Even though on a bench.
Also, Mr. Governor was once again surprised at the attachment of our editorial team to the topic of healthcare [ 1 ] and inadvertently hinted why a number of important events of the regional administration are appointed at 16.00 Tuesday.
“By the way, today is Tuesday, your newspaper’s signature day,” Andrei Anatolyevich looked at me with ostentatious care and a wide smile on me. And then he looked at the watch. - At 17.00, if I am not mistaken. Do you leave us right away or will the article only come out next week? ”
Thank God it was possible to eat a fish and sell the bones [ 2 ].
Andrei Anatolyevich spoke unpleasant topics (reform of healthcare), he even spoke a lot, willingly and frankly - apparently, the administration does not want to sink in the consequences of modernization right before the election, deciding to pay with little blood.
Low blood - so little blood. True, the information even from the lips of the governor comes different. The main message of the head of the region - nothing completely (fundamental word) will not be closed anywhere.
“We need to put things in order in municipalities, including salaries. And then in one of the hospitals we recently faced the case that the salary of the head physician was more than 60 thousand rubles! - the governor was indignant. “Therefore, the transfer of medical institutions from municipal to the regional level will bring only good.”
“It turns out that you simply deprive the powers of the municipalities and take them to yourself. Is this a good? ”I said.
“Firstly, we do not deprive anyone. We unload them from those powers that they cannot carry on their own. Including due to lack of money. I think that at this stage it is better to take care of the housing and communal services, the state and passportation of municipal roads, the development of districts and territorial planning, ”Andrei Tourchak outlined his vision of the priorities of the municipal authorities.
When asked how he evaluates the activities of the heads of local self -government, Andrei Anatolyevich, smiling, decided not to answer. “Are you talking about everyone?! Well-uuu ... ”,-the governor not quite understandable integral assessment.
Book of complaints
The question “How many percent of the votes do you think will gain United Russia in the region? It was not possible to avoid.
Mr. Governor very honestly and sincerely “drove through the ears” of journalists, proudly in his voice, saying that they did not let him “from above” and did not set any tasks.
“But in order to continue the existing political course, the parties of the authorities must have a majority in the regional meeting,” Mr. Turchak added carefully. “I repeat once again (indeed, the governor talks about this at every opportunity - Auth.), I perceive these elections as the residents of my activity in the governor’s post.”
The old song is about the main thing. Instead of the election of deputies - a referendum on the topic: "Love Andrei Turchak or not LUT."
“I am ready to evaluate the governor, but separately from the activities of United Russia,” Oleg Konstantinov, Mr. Courier, modestly pricked Mr. Turchak.
“Yes, this is the elections to the regional meeting, but including ...”, - for the first time Andrei Turchak was embarrassed for the meeting.
Alexander Milka from the Pskov Province began to ask about agriculture, and inadvertently asked about politics. The theme of the VEO on the regional law on the development of agriculture, including thanks to the “Pskov province” [ 3 ], was perfectly studied by the governor:
“The position of the Communist Party faction on this issue is interesting,” Andrei Turchak, most likely, took out “homework”. - The Communists first introduced representatives of the so -called “new bourgeois” into their lists, and then defended the positions of a large bourgeoisie when considering a bill on the development of agriculture. This leads to certain thoughts ... Some kind of communist-like communists we have ... MP the assembly, Alexander Rogov, beat himself in the chest, protecting, not a simple people, but large entrepreneurs. "
When asked why, due to the inconsistency of unknown norms of federal laws, the regional law was rejected, Andrei Anatolyevich again limited himself to the phrase: “In connection with the inconsistency of a number of points ...”. The governor of specifics does not want to stubbornly. But to talk about the communists purely specifically - this is with great pleasure.
Another problem that the Pskov Province raised once again about a month ago concerned an unauthorized landfill in Palkino [ 4 ].
“In a week (that is, this week - Auth.) I will meet there with citizens, convince (! - Auth.) They. The project passed the tough environmental examination. We represented it in the Ministry of Natural Resources, discussed with experts. I think in a few weeks we will issue this issue for public discussion. And only after the conviction (!) Of citizens can he be accepted. ”
Sitting near the governor, deputy head of the apparatus of the regional administration Ruslan Furs, who came to the Pskov region to convince [ 5 ], seemed to smile on this matter.
“There will be no garbage, it will be a project of the 21st century,” the governor added importantly.
Why then actively convince?!
In the end, Andrei Anatolyevich answered several "fil" questions, such as "Where are you relaxing?" And "was your candidacy considered when appointing the governor of St. Petersburg?" “In a terrible dream, I have not seen himself the governor of St. Petersburg,” Mr. Turchak formulated and added for some reason. “This is too much responsibility and work.”
And the Pskov region, it turns out - not too much? Look like it.
At the end of the conversation, Mr. Governor once again pleased that such meetings - without ties and other formalities - exist and that this is, they say, “our general achievement”.
“We often meet, and I always speak with you frankly, I answer all questions,” the governor rumbled almost lyrically. -Of course, it happens that you will open any publication, and there after the meeting the phrase is stopped, there the meaning is distorted. I don’t know, probably, these publications have such an information policy ... ”.
From the lips of the governor this phrase sounded extremely ridiculous: under the control of the regional administration, almost all the media of the region are located, and here is such a passage!
“Well, should you complain?!” I could not restrain myself.
Andrei Turchak frowned.
“And I'm not complaining! I never complain. If you complain, they will beat, ”Mr. Turchak said angrily.
... After the meeting, I thought: is this an excuse or a hint again? Andrey Anatolyevich, we also do not complain. We are fighting.
Such is our information policy.
