August 1, 2003 at 61 km. An anti-Semitic poster was found on the Simferopol highway in the Moscow region. The Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow Region learned about this from an anonymous phone call.
A specially trained dog showed that the package attached to the poster may contain explosives. However, after checking it turned out that it was not mined. The package contained a certain amount of a substance similar in consistency to hexogen. The package was sent for examination.
