Prior to this, one hotel began working in Moscow, one in St. Petersburg and three in Sochi. The construction of a hotel in Pskov is planned to be completed at the end of 2004.

The new hotel will also perform the functions of the business center. The hotel restaurant will be equipped with Elektrolux equipment. And so that the guests do not get bored, except for the restaurant, a travel agency, three rams, a fitness center, a Turkish bathhouse are planned for their services. The hotel management system will remember all visitors for 50 years. The cost of a double room will be from 80 to $ 100 per day.
According to Vitaly Tkachenko, Sberbank was chosen because most local banks are simply physically unable to “pull” a loan of this volume.
