The theme of a bunch of garbage, which was already in fact within the city, has not been resolved in recent years, despite the fact that both social activists and some political figures literally beat the alarm. Now the situation is so ripening that the city authorities say: the city is developing, and there is simply nowhere to get closer to the landfill. Otherwise, Pskov will turn into Milan - of course, in the worst sense of the word.

“You can carry it to the existing landfill for another year and a half. But then we need an inter -municipal solid waste ground for the entire northern part of the Pskov region, because other municipalities of the landfill are also crowded, ”said Ivanova.

What will happen to the village of Opochitsa, which is located right next to the landfill - will it be suffocated? ” - asked Yuri Sorokin in his forehead. Tatyana Ivanova admitted that the inspections have problems, and she repeated that it was necessary to look for a new place for a landfill.
There is no way to approach the issue seriously and, say, the construction of a normal garbage engineering plant: there is no such finance in the city. According to Ivanova, about 100 million euros are needed to build such a plant.
The old place, which the authorities looked at several years ago, was forbidden by regional officials by none other than the Supreme Court: the regional administration wanted to throw a “bunch” of the Palkinsky district. He said that to solve the “garbage problem”, the regional program provided for the construction in the north and south of the region of two garbage processing complexes and twenty municipal power plants. “... today I want to state the fact that the federal budget funds in the amount of 215 million rubles, which were supposed to be aimed at the construction of garbage piercing stations in the northern and southern zones of the region, we did not receive. In 2012, the programs for the elimination of unauthorized landfills, the closure and reclamation of the Pskov district and the city of Pskov received 500 thousand rubles each, these funds were not fully mastered in the city of Pskov, ”the Vice -Governor's hall looked sadly.
Kuznetsov could not avoid the theme of the Palkinsky district: “Of course, we do not set for ourselves what is called the dogma of the Palkin training ground or the alleged platform. Then the Committee for the State Property Management of the Pskov Region is illegally, as it is now confirmed by the Supreme Court, transferred the land of agricultural -quality - the land of high quality - into lands, on which the construction of this kind of landfill is possible. And here the initiators of the creation of this enterprise and potential recipients of the benefits from it stumbled about the main thing - about people, about the local government of the Palkin district, including. Now the lands of the Palkinsky district have been returned to the category of land of agricultural recognition, and no construction of the landfill is impossible there, ”the deputy told his colleagues.
The annoyed Democrat complained to Kuznetsov (although in fact, the appeal was probably not to him personally) that if the initiators of solving this problem initially spoke about the garbage processing plant and looked for the land for garbage processing, and not for warehousing, there would be more alternatives. And there would be more chances to solve the problem.
“It is very important that today we all heard this on the parliamentary hour, we cannot make any decision, but the conclusion that follows from several years of struggle for the training ground and against the landfill is only three things: the first - listen to people, the second read the laws, and the third - take care of the ecology,” concluded the head of the Yabloko faction in the regional parliament, ending with the slogan, which seems to be worth it, it seems to be worth it Apply all issues, and not just when solving problems with garbage.
