Madness as a norm
If the miraculous Peschan icon of the Mother of God, who was there from October 4 to December 15, 1915, remained in the troops and henceforth, was removed there and was not removed in the faith and was not removed by the Jewish Jewish materialism, the victory over Germany would be an ambulance and undoubted; The Russian people would not have exhausted themselves in the war to the end, “ to complete victory ... Jewry over Christianity, ” and the Russian patriots would have saved Russia from the Bolsheviks, the comrade of the chief prosecutor of the Holy Synod, Prince N.D. Zhevakhov ("Memories ...", the Publishing House "Tsarskoye business", St. Petersburg, 2008, pp. 120-121).
If the proteges of the global backstage did not slander the Bolsheviks, the real Russian patriots who used the only privilege of the party - to work until the seventh sweat and the first to get out of the trench, the Soviet Union would now illuminate the way to the bright future - the leader of the Communist Party G.A. Zyuganov.
Here, of course, options are possible. Patriotic publicist Pavel Krasnov is more strict to the Bolsheviks. They should have been forced to work before the seventh sweat, not himself, but the impudent man who defiantly did not want to work on Soviet power.
If, by the mind, Pavel Krasnov was sure, then “Stalin had to“ press ”the sedimented cattle with the necessary cruelty, but two years earlier ... We needed an butt in the teeth, bullets, and a bayonet under the rib. If necessary, then machine -gun companies for especially stubborn in order to rinse the brains with lead, if necessary even to hang bastards along the roads. Because cattle understands only the language of power. So thousands would be destroyed, even dozens, but hundreds of thousands were saved. Stalin did not do all this, but had to do it. By and large, he should have been judged by criminal inaction for this ... "
In short, if Stalin had behaved like a real patriot (like Pavel Krasnov) during the years of collectivization, and not like a liberal salivae, like Zyuganov, everything would be fine in the USSR.
If we called ourselves not a raw materials appendage of the West, but, on the contrary, the West by the technological appendage of Russia, the publicist V.T. Tretyakov (the collection “Dynamics of Innovation”, Novosibirsk, “Trends”, 2011, p. 235), then a new public consciousness arose, enthusiastically directed to the future . Thanks to what consciousness and “ use of original Russian management methods ” in the twentieth century and two technological breakthroughs of Russia are possible (industrialization of the 30s and rocket cosmos of the 50-60s).
As for the original management methods, this is, please, to Pavel Krasnov. It is possible, however, to Prince Zhevakhov - he, like V.T. Tretyakov, a humanist and a good idea puts above the rough matter. There remains a trifle: to decide on the idea. It’s good when she is alone, like V.T. Tretyakova. And if more? Others, they say, are able to hold two, three and even more ideas in their heads.
If Russia, poisoned by the European poison for three centuries of the Romano-German yoke (starting from the split and Peter the Great, who cut it out where it was not necessary), managed to save the sparks of the geopolitical spirit and united into an organic telluric alliance with the Germans against the Talassocrats from the United States and Britain, we would avoid two ridiculous historical mistakes in the form of the first and second World War I A.G. Dugin. And so the devil came out knows what: the native land powers will mutate each other, although the only true geopolitical teaching indicates that they should have struggled together with the Atlantic anaconda ...
Then everything would be wonderful. Here is the price of a false ideological installation! Ah, right, why it is impossible to send A.G. Dugina back in the 17th century, so that he saved his homeland from disaster there. And at the same time, he would correct his oversight in terms of logic: on the one hand, the yoke of Romano-German, and on the other, Germany is a native telluric brother to us ... However, God with him; You should not demand too much from the patriot and the Eurasian.
Lyrical retreat of the 1996 elections
Surprisingly, the carriers of alternative ideology think and think in a similar way.
If the oligarchs in 1996 illegally did not drag Yeltsin to the president, then Zyuganov would defeat, and four years later everyone would understand that this was bad, and chose someone else, good. And then everything would go fine - the democratic observer of the “light” Dmitry Gubin is sure. The progressive observer of Novaya Gazeta Julia Latynina thinks about the same.
Before the power of aristocrats from the patriotic camp, the author is lost and respectfully falls silent, humbly pressing the trowh to the ragged sheepskin coat. We ourselves are not local, how do we know about secret fractures on the historical ways of the Motherland. But before the democratic audience, which is, as it were, simpler, he still decides on two modest remarks. Yes, sir!
The first remark . Zyuganov in 1996 did not pass and could not go to the presidency for purely technical reasons. He could not take more than 50% in the first round-those who lived in Russia in the mid-90s remember that the Communists did not cause delight from the masses. Like, however, Yeltsin. In the first round, he had only 35.3 percent; Zyuganov has 32.0. But in the second round to Yeltsin, one way or another, the voices of the three main outsiders departed - as the selection of anti -communists: A. Lebed (14.5%), G. Yavlinsky (7.3%), V. Zhirinovsky (5.7%). Total growth potential - 27.5 percent. To win Yeltsin, it was enough to take a little more than half of this reserve. Zyuganov had a potential two to three times less.
Incorrect manipulations, of course, also took place, but if you count throughout the country, no more than three to five percent. For the that, in particular, the reason that the influence of the Yeltsin administration on the regional elites (namely, not the mythologized GAS “Elections” - the main drive belt of electoral falsification) was still very weak. Especially in the first round. By the second, when the winner became obvious, the republican chiefs of the way rushed to demonstrate loyalty. Here, of course, it poured heartily - although it was not very required.
But in the whole country, there were significantly smaller posts than today, when the scale of manipulations in favor of the center tripled. In addition, their considerable part (especially in the first round) was in favor of Zyuganov-in those regions where the local authorities were controlled by true communists-Lenins. The Republic of Adygea, Altai, Dagestan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Mordovia, North Ossetia, Chuvashia, as well as the Oryol, Kemerovo regions and the provincial territories of the so-called “red belt”.
If you make a separate calculation only in the republics, then in the first round Zyuganov scored 39.5% against 35.3% from Yeltsin - to a large extent due to the republican administrative resource, which was sharply opposed to the democracy unnecessary to it. Of course, the main contribution to Zyuganov’s support was made by rural territories - as the most dependent on the will of the local authorities, the zone.
A separate cut in the cities of Russia (they in electoral behavior are much less dependent on the will of the leadership) gives the opposite result. Yeltsin in the cities in the first round had 57.4%, while Zyuganov had 14.9%. In the second round, the townspeople predictably added to Yeltsin much more than Zyuganov: in the end, it became 76.1% against 19.0%. By the way, three quarters of the Russian population live in cities.
The conclusion is clear: a zone that is very dependent on the administrative resource, where there were now observed massive falsification stuffing, and worked more on Zyuganov in the first round. In the second, which is characteristic, it became the other way around. Excessive confirmation that the republican authorities are twisted by electoral results, as they want, depending on their own benefit. In the first round they put on Zyuganov; In the second crowd they rushed under the winning Yeltsin. Naturally, from the second round, the well-intentioned exposure of the “dashing 90s” draw material to justify the idea of the presidency allegedly stolen from Zyuganov.
As always in stochastic processes, there are vivid exceptions: in electoral dependent Kalmykia and Ingushetia, the voter with amazing monolithic advocated Yeltsin already in the first round. No wonder: for the new republican leaders K. Ilyumzhinov and R. Aushev, the return of the Communists to the Kremlin would be the end of his career. Hence, so massive and stable (for two weeks) love Kalmyks and Ingush for democracy.
In 1999, the Ingush voter equally passionately and massively (88%!) Love the Bloc “Fatherland-Vero Russia”, whose leadership-what coincidence-at that time was included in R. Aushev. It is not easy to see the Kremlin’s dictate here, which at that time openly fought with the OVR. Rather, the dictatorship of the regional leader.
In Dagestan, a radical change in electoral sympathies occurred faster - in two weeks, from June 16 to July 3, 1996, in the first round of Zyuganov (with obvious support of local authorities and obvious signs of falsification), he received 63.2%, and B. Yeltsin is 28.5%. Two weeks later, Yeltsin (again with obvious support for local authorities and obvious signs of falsifications) already 53.1%became. Poor Zyuganov has 44.3%.
The comrades realized that in the first round they put the wrong horse (of course, calls from the Kremlin helped them), and with fear they twisted the pen of the electoral barrelcock back than it should. It turned out funny. Only what does the popular support of Zyuganov and the dictatorship of the oligarchs have to do with it?
It is easy to notice that the wise and flexible voters of Dagestan both then, and now, with unchanging unanimity, approve the only true course of the party that is currently closer to the republican leadership. The taste of the leadership is a little changeable, but you can’t write anything here. In addition, in the last 12 years, life has been established: the leadership (and, therefore, voters) with the immature force like the same party - “United Russia”.
So our political practice is arranged. If it were arranged differently, it would no longer be Dagestan. And, let's say, Ingushetia ... In any case, it is definitely not Luxembourg.
The oligarchs, of course, in 1996 put pressure on the voter through TV and other media belonging to them, through the songs and dances of disinterested masters of culture, etc., etc. But no one was removed from the distance, they did not arrest the circulations, they didn’t splash with ammonia, they did not put it in prison, and even allowed to the TV.
This is a long and very special conversation, but the essence is simple: the mythical presidency of Zyuganov in 1996 is the aberration of a retrospective look from the Putin era (when almost everything is possible in the elections - as it was in the USSR and how it remained in Dagestan) to Yeltsin - when the administrative resources of the center were much more modest. Their deficiency had to be compensated by oligarchic outsourcing. This is correct or wrong, and what would happen if this would not have happened - the topic for such dazzling minds that the author is again lost in indecision.
Second. It is not entirely clear where the good confidence that the hypothetical Zyuganov, having come to hypothetical power in 1996, would not establish, like Putin, an alliance with the same security forces would not turn a public policy into what it has become now? Why don't he fix the same nomenclature revenge, only at an earlier and rude level? With a support on the union of officers, on special services such as Antyufeev (who was from the Baltic states, but became from the Transnistria), on colonels and generals like Kvachkov, Makashov, Alksnis, etc.? In the end, these elections are generally abolished, for the Motherland is in danger! She, thank God, always in our danger.
With what ground the hypothetical Zyuganov should certainly act as the democratic DM is thought of. Forest? Just because Boris Yeltsin acted like that in the spring of 1996, he refused General Korzhakov with his fruitful idea of a state of emergency instead of elections?
I don't understand. I don’t understand the Zyuganov potential strategy (it’s more or less clear here), but the style of thinking of freedom-loving interpreters of history.
Bratsk dispute of democratic Slavs
Okay, the lyrical retreat is completed, we return to specific samples of thinking in the style of "if ...".
If the cynical Chubais had not created the class of oligarchs, but in a good way he gave power to the smart and noble Yavlinsky, we would have a real democracy, the apple party was sure. Well, what can I say. Peasant experience says that resources are required for politics. Peasant memory suggests that the “Yabloko” accepted them from the generous “Bridge of the Bridge” by V. Gusinsky. In the alliance with the disinterested general of the KGB F. Bobkov and the holy family of Luzhkov. What a conglomerate, of course, was not at all oligarchic - because he supported the “apple” ... And in general, Luzhkov as a political partner is better than Chubais, isn't it?
If my grandmother had eggs, she would be a grandfather, Prime Minister Putin is sure. Perhaps this is the most sound judgment of all listed.
If R.I. Khasbulatova, sure R.I. Hasbulatov, everything would be completely different! And, however, it would be. Do not argue.
If E.N. Baturina was not the wife of the mayor, the mayor of Luzhkov was sure, her capital would be much more. It’s also true: after all, E.N. Baturina had a good chance to be the prime minister's wife.
This would happen if in the 1999 elections, instead of Putin’s “unity” in the Union with right-wing liberals, the anti-Putin tandem of Primakov-Luzhkov in alliance with regional heavyweights such as Shaimiev, Rakhimov and Magomedov and the prospect of the parliamentary majority in the coalition with Left Liberals and Communists won.
If V.V. Putin was not torn away, like a slave on galleys, but peacefully engaged in business, controlling, as it should be, the modest lieutenant colonel of the KGB, no more than a third of the oil and gas exports of Russia, he would also be much more prosperous. Isn't it?
If D.A. Medvedev had enough determination and could show independence at a critical moment, then ...
... then V.V. Putin would not make him president.
If Yeltsin had not been tormented by a complex of guilt for the collapse of the USSR and did not want to see in his place a tough leader who was ready to solve sovereign problems, we could have President S. Stepashin, S. Kiriyenko, God knows who else. And who knows, it would be better or worse.
If citizens of Russia did not drop in cheap rhetoric, they did not write boiling water from the toilet humor, thought their heads and went to the polls ...
If the aunts in the election commissions did not behave like loyal chicken ...
If the youth were not all in the figure ...
If we knew how to formulate our ideas interestingly and clearly and convey them to the reader/voter ...
If we had a reader/voter ...
... That would be different. Certainly.
The flow of such reasoning indicates the exhaustion of discourse. Claims are articulated, answers are received; They are recognized as unsatisfactory; Once again articulated ... The discussion is spinning in a closed cycle and does not need a listener. An attempt to hook the audience with something fresh ends with either a marine unit in a television teduct (a season of the season), or a new conspiracy bike, or some kind of completely prohibitive insanity like organizational, geotextonic or climatic weapons, directed by a global backstage against the USSR and Russia.
The growing scale of madness is worried, which is already perceived as the norm - behind the lack of a real norm of human being.
The fraternal dispute between the democratic Slavs is a private manifestation of a general crisis of thought and words in Putin's Russia. Picking a finger with the call “Repent, wicked!”, The old -timers of the “Yabloko” resemble the holy pillar of Fr. Fedor, pressing the remains of Luzhkovskaya sausage to a pure heart. An uninteresting strategy is in form, in fact. Voters want new specifics and new ideas. Therefore, A. Navalny is so popular - he does not speak of rights, freedoms and morality, but about specific and understandable to the inhabitant of Putin's Russia.
However, on the Bezrybier December 2011, it may come in the old way. According to the peasant understanding, the Putin's Duma with Yavlinsky is still better than the Putin Duma without Yavlinsky. Not for Zyuganov to vote. Not for Bogdanov. But all the same, these democratic torments are only the fading convulsions of the 90s, when there was still life, elections and the future in the country.
Also freshly accounted for the akyns of communism, socialism, national patriotism, anti-globalism, and recently even developed centrism-Putinism. Well, how much can you expose the torso, dive to the bottom of the sea and ride a bike in response to real economic and social problems?
Russia is slowly approaching a sociocultural disaster, when a) there is nothing to talk about, b) there is no one to talk with, c) by default, the language in which you can speak. The era is a hymn of the moo stretched for 10 years. The authorities purposefully lowered the level of human requests - and succeeded. PIPP, with all respect for him, is hawning what would turn away from ten years ago. Explosions in the North Caucasus (where, thank God, the constitutional order has been brought) in emotionally causes not a greater response than the weather report: it will wait for blood again. Someone wet someone in the toilet. Who? Whom? For what? Yes, what's the difference ...
Mu-oo!
They themselves did not notice how they degraded in everyday lies. To come up with a Putin dive behind amphoras during the ten -year anniversary of the death of the Kursk submarine could only finally liquefied from the lack of competition of brains.
Bykov.
