Now, under the GDOV, a strange accident occurred: apparently, due to the fact that two boilers (for reasonable reasons) were not able to cope with frosts.

Unlike other municipalities, where the heating and water supply system failed, in the GDOV, the accident, which left the house without heat, can be fully written off in the frost, but to the political crisis in which the administration of Mikhail Razumnov fell. The head of the municipality, whom last year has been resigned several times several times, nevertheless resisted in the chair of the district leader.

In the New Year, reasonov managed to stably enter with a loud scandal: the large microdistrict Smuravyevo-2 was actually without heating after the pipes began to burst in the 27-degree frost in the houses. The temperature in the apartments fell to 10-14, the basements were filled with water, the pipes continued to become unusable.

A month before, the enterprise serving the housing and communal services in Smuravyevo-2 unexpectedly removed from work, and a new municipal enterprise was quickly created to perform these functions, and in a month the work of this enterprise led to a major accident. The head of the former contractor-the company "Expert-Service" -Alexander Tokarev says that his company did not even notify that the contract was broken and forced to leave the facility. “Unfortunately, we warned about everything that happened, I said that there would be enough funding until November 15, that there would not be enough funds even for firewood. When Kuznetsov and Turchak came to us, I talked about the problems that had prevailed, but they only promised us. As a result, I did not receive anything, we invested our money, did not compensate them, but now the area was easier to make a municipal unitary enterprise, ”Tokarev lamented.

The director, who once was an ally of the head of the district and even supported him in the elections, now actively criticizes reasonov for the negligence and the actual defront of the whole town.

The head of the district assembly Svetlana Grass and her colleague in the deputy corps, Alexander Konashenkov, confirms that the contract with Tokarev was torn in absentia, the enterprise was not warned, the meeting was not invited to the session. For what reason - they are not taken to answer, however, Svetlana Grass assures that the contract was terminated not by the administration, but by the MP “Chernevsky enterprise of public utilities”. “And I cannot understand the head of the“ expert service ”, who then signed documents under contracts for a period of one month - why?” - the head of the representative body is surprised at this trust.

Now, according to Grass, the situation has been stabilized, although it was very serious. “There was also a water leak, the pressure dropped to 1.5 atmosphere instead of the required 4, the temperature was insufficient.”

Together with the commission, Nikolai Kapitonov, the first deputy head of the district, also traveled to the accident. Reason with official delegations was not noted.

Insufficient - it is very softly said: in the houses it sometimes was below 10 degrees, at the exit from the boiler houses it reached only 28 degrees instead of the necessary 45.

Apparently, to the drop in temperature, pressure and, as a result, the emergency situation was led to fuel saving, and the strange situation with boilers, which, according to Tokarev, should give 5 or more power power, but in fact, only 2.5-3 megavatts comes out. The director sees this as a problem with new boilers (two added to three old ones), which people, in his opinion, did not understand the necessary power for the microdistrict, issued (and signed). “The authorities do not admit that this is their fault, I ask them why? They reply that contractors are to blame. And what, the contractors did not look at the terms of fact? " - He is surprised.

All the holidays, Tokarev’s employees worked, preventing the accident and listening from the inhabitants of the abuse, not approved by Roskomnadzor. Tokarev complains that in the old fashioned residents Smuravyevo-2 scold his organization.

“I am now preparing letters so that we are not left extreme that the problem is not that at home they are poorly maintained (the“ expert service ”remained the management company for servicing houses), but due to the fact that the necessary heat is not submitted to the boiler room and the norms are not respected, the cause of the accident is very simple,” he summarizes.

“Yes, we put a new enterprise in December, the deputies voted for this,” Konashenkov admits and partly runs against the words of his colleague Grass. - But the administration just said to us: they say, the previous ones have not done, it is urgent to break the contract. Nobody bothering to check, now we will wait for the papers from Tokarev and determine who is to blame. If the administration, then we will have additional questions, ”Konashenkov concluded without hiding the played political appetite.
