The question of the phenomenon of the Pskov Casin Center, who entered into an agreement with all the administrations of microdistricts, allowed the Pskov mayor to clearly demonstrate that he was harsh, but fair. “I receive written appeals of the residents of the city for the fact that they do not quite agree with the form, the methods of operating the cash register center, that receipts for payments are very poorly carried, and most importantly - why it is private,” said Mikhail Zhoronen.
And he continued: “I consider it necessary that the founders of this organization, in addition to business, would be municipal enterprises and municipality. For the transition period, you need to do this. Such an assignment was given, literally a few days later the deadline for my order ends with my subordinates, I turned to the founders of the cash register center, two entrepreneurs, so that the municipality had a control package of the RCC, the calculation and cash center. If this does not happen next week, the documents will not be prepared for me for a signature, then I will think so as to recommend to my municipal enterprises to refuse the services of the cash register center in the form that is and create either the municipal cash register center, or maybe this is my recommendation, and I will put a month, July, force the founders of the calculation and cash center. It is very curious what kind of methods Mr. Zhoronen intends to “force” Igor Smirnov and Andrei Lukyanov, whose enterprises are the founders of the RCC, “take into a share” of the municipality.
