Russia has become different. And centripetal ideologists live in that monocentric Russia. They sort out the options, stuck, give birth to a national idea. Of course, they do not see reality point blank. Moreover, they are very annoyed when they are pointed to it. From their theoretical point of view, it should not be. And, therefore, as if not. As there is no globalization, urban transition, demographic transition, transition from industrial to post -industrial society, to informational, etc. This was all invented by Churchill in the eighteenth year. Exclusively in order to put on us.


They believe that we live in a tower on the shore of a wide river and educate seven along the shops. And if we do not live and do not educate, then only because someone betrayed or sold Russia.

Frustration and aggression in relation to his own and to strangers is a sure sign of such thinking back from reality: they say, we certainly dance the best in the world. At least in dreams. But in reality, something constantly interferes with us. If this is “something” to cut off with a firm hand, the forest and the mountains will dance to us and our great dream will spill out through the white light ...

“Something” is not necessarily Jews. There used to be a king and landowners. Capitalists and entrepreneurs. Bourgeters. Fists and middle peasants. First, the right Octobrists, then the left -wing cadets, then related Socialist -Revolutionaries, class very close to the Mensheviks class ... And when none of these were left, they had to take up the Bolsheviks: Trotskyists, Bukhariners. Those, these, external, internal ... Cosmopolitans, doctors, abstractionists, fagots, dissidents, voluntarists ...
How many of them are picked up, buried or expelled for the sake of a dream of unity and non -alternativeness.

Why in all decent countries this dubious audience somehow gets along with each other and as a result, something positive is dancing? Maybe because there is no monocultural dream, the very central point where the king of the mountain sits, which owns the key from the most important, only possible and mandatory for all faith?

Difficult question. But domestic dreamers are not up to him. They shove with their only faithful exercises around the cooled sacred organ of the Motherland. In the hope of warming, breathing in life, spiritually fertilize. Such a hysterical spawning is dry. Not at all erotic and uninteresting. Because the homeland itself, meanwhile, went somewhere far away, indifferently throwing an empty altar on a country road. Something else matures in it, and not at one focal point, but in several at once. This may be our main conquest over the past 20 stupid years. And, of course, a lot of people who wish us to deprive this conquest. But it will not work: the involuntary Muscovites will trigger themselves past Kerbeli Ilyich to the Oktyabrskaya metro station. Like past all party slogans and calls. All this is irrelevant. Ilyich in the minds of fellow citizens is so peripheral that it does not deserve any reproaches or offerings. So, the detail of the landscape.

This is true. As the truth is that it theoretically impossible in a Christian country to keep the mummy of the ancestor as an object of worship on the main square of the capital. Theoretically impossible, but in practice - please. From which a simple conclusion follows: the country is not Christian. But the country is not communist! She just doesn’t give a damn about it. She is on her own, outside a single ideological dominant. She is pleased to think that she believes - but ... But in fact, she has already learned and got used to being different.

I do not want to say at all that this is wonderful. However, proposals based on the revival of monocentric spirituality are even worse. Firstly, because monocentrism without executions can no longer be revived, and with executions it is unlikely to be healing. Secondly, he is false. Thirdly, we are not needed if we are seriously talking about the multidimensional development of the country, and not about the concentration of resources for the sake of another narrowly specialized expansion. For example, military. Fourth, he can make the Yugoslav scenario unexpectedly relevant for us, past which we have been in half with a sin in the recent past.

Of course, there are marginals that are struggling: no, the country is communist! Or not, the country is Orthodox-Christian! The most progressive of them offer a genetically modified hybrid: the country, it turns out, is Orthodox-communist. The fifth empire ... Red project ... A certain priest in the newspaper "Tomorrow" offers to be attributed to Stalin and Ivan the Terrible to the face of Orthodox saints.

Great, grandfather. But what about the fact that the Holy Monarch Ivan was the fourth one - weak in the boys? Didn't you just beat gays with banners?

Yes, the flag is for you all, gentlemen, in your hands! Do not deny yourself anything. If you want, worship Ilyich or Vissarionich. If you want, to the holy emperor Nicholas the second. If you want - Dzerzhinsky. If you want - Putin ... to everyone at once or everyone in turn. The Orthodox Chekist in such a multicultural environment is no longer an anecdote, but an empirical reality. Causing sympathy in the majority of the population. People agree that, in principle, any faith (for example, it is sincere) is better than restless. And if there are two faiths at once, it is even more reliable: shampoo and air conditioning in one bottle. The developer and fastener. Laxative and sleeping pills.

Such a contradictory reality. But only it allows us to maintain the integrity of the Russian people and Russian statehood today. The cost of compromises and abandoning the monocultural dominant. For example, the church stubbornly pretends not to notice paganism in the mausoleum. And right. And President Putin pretends that he was not going to unite Adygea with the Krasnodar Territory. And also right.

Or, I hear, an Orthodox rock festival is organized. Cool. You are walking the right course, comrades! Democracy and pluralism in action. How long have your fairy tales called Rock a generation of Western corrupting influence and satanism?

All this applies to the legends about demography.
It is not the fault of the reality that the epic decoding program will go bankrupt in the next two to three years. This is the fault of the Kremlin dreamers - including the president himself. By 2008, the influx of youth on the labor market will be reduced. Business and regional administrations are deposited in search of migrant workers. The draft in the army will collapse by at least 20%. These are not theoretical forecasts, calculated by specialists literally on the heads. There is nothing to guess: today's 15-16-year-old schoolchildren to achieve draft age will not multiply in any way.

If you want, you don’t want to, in reality, the crisis will increase. The birth rate will not double in any way: there was no such precedent in the world. This means that the absolute reduction in labor resources will continue. In the coming years - an accelerating pace. Because even if the mighty and fabulously abundant Putin generation (which is very unlikely) is suddenly born, then he will still need 18-20 years to grow.
Unless, of course, we are in a fabulous barrel, where the baby grows not by the day, but by the hour.

Barrel as a support of statehood

The barrel, generally speaking, is an ideologically useful thing. Helps to protect yourself from the outside world, to feel strong and courageous. But even she is not able to influence demography.
Similar ideological containers as a source of group addictions are widespread in our new reality. Of these, you rarely get something fresh, but in every barrel according to your fairy tale. This is the fundamental difference between the non-Soviet era and the classic-Soviet: then the barrel was one for all. It is not so important what exactly is stored in these barrels; It is important that in a good way, their contents can no longer be drained into a single container.

Out of respect for reality, we listen to the barrel legends. From each one makes the conviction that it is in it that all of Russia should fit without a trace. But this is a word. In practice, the inhabitants of the Bochkotaun are well aware of the existence of neighbors. And deep down they are aware that Russia is just a space not inside each specific barrel, but between them. Common to all territory.

It is scary to utter, but this means that the modern value of the country is built on the principle of real liberalism. Although it would be naive to expect from every theoretical diogenes a recognition of this fact. Moreover, in the general row, the barrel of the barrel is also a separate small capacity of liberal dreams, where everyone respecting the patriot reads his duty to spit thoroughly.

It is said that the wonderful Russian poet Afanasy Fet, known for conservative beliefs, passing by the university, each time stopped the cabman and celebrated a small need for the fence of the seedling of Russian liberalism. So what? Fet remained a good poet, the university remained university. The space in which this symbolic communication was carried out remained our beloved Russia. In it (then) there was enough space for both for another.

Why, then, our ideological territory was bored to the size of a party cap? Among many factors, also because the pre -revolutionary elites were not able to build and maintain an effective system of intergroup (inter -table, in our case) communication. They could not understand and accept that this system itself is more important than specific messages transmitted through it. Because it provides integrity in diversity, allows you to coordinate interests and find a way out. The system of communicating barrels is more important for growing Russia than the presence of one, undividedly dominant.
Although many people think differently. And this is normal.

The same Fet, extremely right in theory, was a great liberal in specific poetic practice. Collectors blamed him for illegibility in magazine ties. “If the shoemaker Schmidt (the most bad and cheap shoemaker of St. Petersburg) undertook to publish a piece of a piece called“ X ... ”, I would give poetry there,” the poet proudly answered. “Poems are ennobled!”

In-in. If there are good verses, if there are thoughts, then why not bring them to readers through all available channels? And why would Fet demand the closure of Schmidt’s hypothetical leaflet, if Fet is Fet, he knows the price of himself and any of the ideological barrels into which he directs poetry?

Now, if there are no thoughts and words, then it’s a completely different matter. Feel the difference? Suppose Fet and General Makashov have a general tendency to treat Russia by urinotherapy. Only verses remained from Fet in Russian history, and from General Makashov - exclusively the smell. For this very reason, General Makashov does not get tired of demanding the closure of unpleasant free media unpleasant media-and the power to him favorably listens to him, and, say, Mr. Nemtsov (with all the ambiguous attitudes to him), when the statesmen from the Duma tried to close the newspaper “Tomorrow”, immediately signed an open letter to its defense. I hope that there is no need to explain that Nemtsov is not an analogue of Fet in all other parameters. It's just about the asymmetry of relations.

Now we have the second, after a hundred years, a chance. It is necessary to save the communication system, which the power is again quite stupid, rather pointless, to the detriment of Russia and even itself, tries to trample.
