What should its president not say to Russia
Our current president is a competent and talkative person. He talks about modernization, about time zones, about freedom, which is better than not free. And let him say, since he does nothing. But God forbid him to repeat what the respected Mikhail Delyagin invites him to say to him. Let everything remain as it is better.
The recipes of Dr. Delyagin to withdraw the country from the dark present to a bright future are scholastic and unpretentious, like most recipes of this kind. Of the four strategic tasks indicated by him, the first three of the first relate to the preservation and strengthening of the state, and the fourth to increase the conditions and quality of life, to live everyone “pleasant and comfortable”. The following is a long list of measures necessary to perform the strategic tasks. All measures are an economic or managerial nature. All the trouble of Russia, in Delyagin, consists precisely in the wrong social policy and public administration. The political system is not in doubt; Only insufficient socialist component and bad personnel policy is significant.
Some of these measures could have agreed, at least they would not do harm. For example, state guarantees of a subsistence level or distribution of empty lands to peasants. Others, for example, investing pension contributions in long -term projects with guaranteed profit, will remain good wishes. The third, such as protectionism and state regulation of prices, drag the country into socialism. But even if you leave only “right” measures that they will give? Is it possible to cope with a greenhouse effect, forbidding tourists to make bonfires in the forests? Is it possible to turn sugar into a prosperous oasis by pouring a flower bed in it from a baby watering can? In the recommendations of Delyagin, the most important thing is not - a systematic approach providing, among other things, and the reform of the political regime.
Here, the author of the speech proposed by the president is shy. This is understandable, because the modernization of the economy involves political modernization on the basis of liberalism, nothing else will successfully work. The Soviet directive and distribution system proved its absolute economic failure in the most visual way. But it was precisely about her that the respected Mikhail Delyagin was yearning, sadly arguing that over the past 20 years, our society has degraded, eating, destroying and plundering the “Soviet inheritance”. This mythical inheritance, according to the author, was created by a certain “Soviet civilization” in the field of industrial infrastructure, public health, social sphere and culture. As if we did not live in those days and do not remember what Soviet industry and Soviet culture are!
Delyagin proposes to solve economic and social problems in the spirit of Bulgagovsky Sharikov - to take away and divide everything from the rich. Well, at first not all. For example, who has more than five apartments - “excess” to nationalize. Starting with the sixth apartment. (Why five is still possible, and six are no longer explained - it is not explained.) More than five houses - to take it away. Who has more than two hectares of land not under agricultural land is nationalized. Money for all nationalized can be paid, but modestly, according to state calculations.
Health, education, bank lending - under strict state control. As a measure of unemployment, the employer’s criminal liability for violation of the Labor Code. It is not very clear how it will work, but it sounds good, in Stalin. And already in the spirit of military communism: “In order to suppress the fraud and robbery of employees, employees are endowed with the right to elect the enterprise to the leading bodies of the enterprise ... their representatives ... with the right to make any decision.” Why do we need the judicial system, what else is private property there - we will revive the practice of appointing commissioners in production!
Well, why not a return to the sweet Delyagin heart of "Soviet civilization"? The task, of course, is not easy, Mikhail Gennadievich admits, because it is necessary to fight not only “with external competitors and with internal criminals of different varieties” (trembling, liberals!). It is still to fight with laziness, debauchery, self -interest, cowardice and disunity that have accumulated with us - what do you think, for what time? Well, of course, over the past 20 years! That is, we have an exceptionally hardworking, chaste, generous, bold and friendly people, but the trouble: over the past 20 years, the liberals ruined it greatly. It must be understood that for the past 20 years we have been unrestrained, and before we lived happily in the “Soviet civilization” and after the speech of the President of Russia, written by Delyagin, we will again live as well.
Alas, this is not a joke, this is an author's position. Mikhail Delyagin offers himself as a bridge from the “legendary” Soviet past to the “cloudless” Soviet future. Well, how he lamented the abolition of the celebration on November 7, about "an attempt to tear off a star from the Banner of Victory." How was the film “Cargo 200” and “Animal hatred of our history, characteristic of liberal fundamentalists”. As he stamped the Demshiz and admired Soviet achievements. It turns out that “with all its shortcomings, the Soviet state strove for public good” and achieved “tremendous successes in all areas of life: from industry to improvement of life, which in the late 60s-early 70s corresponded to the level of leading developed countries” (!). And the court then, with the exception of political cases, was professional and independent. And the "notorious" human rights "are protected [now] incomparably worse." And what a wonderful death penalty was then, which now for some reason was canceled! They are to blame for everything, according to Delyagin, ““ Grantsa ”and cultural workers, striving to blur the Russian identity for the sake of the triumph of the West.” Well, naturally, the enemy at the gate. And at the same time, "the noticeable part of the intelligentsia seeks to slander and mix their country with mud, because they" betrayed their homeland, and a sense of guilt gradually gnaws them. " The Russian liberals notes, "Delyagin notes ," in general, as far as I can judge, there is a deep sincere hatred of the country in which they live. "
As a matter of fact, Delyagin, as the former chairman of the ideological council of the Rodina party and the adviser to the head of the Fatherland - All Russia movement, E. Primakov, was to respond to liberals. It is not clear only by what such misunderstanding it is sometimes printed in liberal editions.
In his anti -liberal excitement and nostalgia for the scoop, Mikhail Delyagin naturally reaches if not to justification, then to a benevolent understanding of the nature of political repression in the USSR. “Was not at least part of the Soviet punitive psychiatry ... A kind of similar instrument is not humanism, of course, but preserving life?” As if the authorities, with the help of psychiatrists, saved the dissidents from imminent folk reprisal, implanting them indefinitely in psychiatric hospitals. On these mournful thoughts he was prompted by my article about the “anti -Soviet” barbecue. Having exhausted himself in love explanations for the Soviet regime and hatred of anti -Soviets, Delyagin writes: “The only thing I can do about this article (because I do not have a tendency to physical violence, it happened) is to humbly ask her author and the like to consider me a communist. It is in their understanding of the word. ”
Well, how to refuse a good person who is not inclined to physical violence in such a small request?
Accepted.
