Of course, giving a policeman in the face is not a recipe for all occasions. But when there is arbitrariness, and there is nothing to hope for judicial protection, then why not give it? Well, if you endure completely unbearable.
The trial of Pozdnyakov passed according to all the rules of absurdity. The court considered all the testimonies of the police reliable, and the demonstrators - false and not worthy of attention. The court pushed the conflict an hour ago, so as not to be ill with the problem of a three -hour detention. What other three hours? There were no three hours. Only two hours passed from the detention. True, in court one of the police accidentally told the truth, but in the verdict the judge wisely noted that this was an erroneous testimony.
